Open Cosmos in Barcelona is looking for a dedicated Software Engineer to design and maintain satellite flight software. You will work with our Data Division, collaborating closely with teams to integrate and test subsystems for space missions.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, preferably in Rust, and experience with Linux environments and CI/CD tools. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge space technology.

Formación

• Strong programming capability in Rust, or solid understanding in C or C++.
• Ability to work in Linux development environments with scripting skills.
• Knowledge of spacecraft subsystems and their software interface requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, validate, and maintain satellite flight software.
• Ensure software robustness for reliability demands of space missions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for subsystem integration.
