Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Sovereign Services to design and govern Vodafone's sovereign services operating model, aligning with EU regulations and customer sovereignty needs. You will own the roadmap, collaborate across Cyber Security, Legal & Regulatory, Operations, and local markets, and translate requirements into implementable capabilities.

You will engage customers, auditors and partners to provide assurance, evidence and certifications, ensuring compliance

Formación

• Experience designing or operating service operating models, governance or compliance frameworks that deliver results.
• Strong understanding of EU digital-sovereignty regulation and frameworks (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, EU Data Act, EUCS/sovereignty schemes).
• Understanding of sovereign cloud and sovereign services controls (data residency, access control, encryption and key management).
• Certifications relevant to information security and governance are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and evolution of Vodafone's sovereign services operating model and governance.
• Translate EU and market sovereignty requirements into operating-model controls and evidence.
• Engage customers to translate requirements into capabilities and provide assurance and certifications.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Legal & Regulatory, Operations, and local markets to embed the model.
• Ensure portfolio-wide consistency and accelerate compliance.
• Own the roadmap to keep pace with evolving regulation.
