AlmavivA de Belgique is seeking a Senior ICT Solution Architect to lead integration-focused designs for cloud-native platforms. You will analyze technologies, drive PoCs, and guide multi-disciplinary teams toward successful deployment across Europe.

The role requires 10+ years in ICT, strong knowledge of REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and security best practices, with remote work from Europe and eligibility for European citizenship. Bachelor or Master degree preferred.

Formación

• More than 6 years of experience in ICT Solution design with a focus on integration architectures, including microservices in recent years.
• At least 3 years of experience with cloud-native technologies (microservices, REST APIs, message queues).
• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Participation in a minimum of 3 projects involving system integration.
• Experience with EU Interoperability program.

Responsabilidades

• Perform market analysis and/or proof of concept work to validate designs and identify technologies for the delivery stream domain.
• Follow-up on implementation with ICT Engineering and Operations teams, clarifying points and steering design to successful deployment.

Descripción del empleo

• Perform market analysis and/or proof of concept work to validate intended designs and/or identify suitable technologies and products for the purpose of the delivery stream domain and scope;
• Follow-up on implementation of approved designs with ICT Engineering and Operations teams, helping clarifying open points and steering the implementation to success wherever needed, providing design knowledge expertise.
• More than 6 years of experience in ICT Solution design, specifically on integration architectures (and microservices architectures in the last couple of years)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Cloud native technologies (microservices, rest APIs, message queues…)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in design and implementation of solutions based on cloud native infrastructure (ex. Kubernetes…)
• Participation in a minimum of 3 projects integration of systems
• Experience with and participation in the EU Interoperability program

SKILLS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. REST APIs, message oriented middleware, service oriented applications)
• Good Knowledge of container and orchestration technology (Docker, Kubernetes) on premises and in the cloud Azure/AWS.
• Good Knowledge of solution design best practices, create self-explainable documents and diagrams, be able to present architecture decisions and guidelines to varied audiences, self-driven and being able to work in a multi-cultural, self-managed team.
• Good Knowledge of security and access management best practices when designing cloud native solutions
