Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead CMDM design and governance across a global data ecosystem. You will align CMDM architecture with enterprise standards and business objectives, working across Veeva Network, data integrations, and downstream consumers.

You will partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, compliant solutions while guiding the full delivery lifecycle, from planning to operations across global teams.

Formación

• Experience in CMDM, customer data platforms, enterprise integrations.
• Track record designing and implementing enterprise solutions in global, cross-functional environments.
• Solid understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, APIs, cloud tech, and data platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise integration best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and design of CMDM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define and govern architectures, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and technology designs across Veeva Network and related platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Capability Leads, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide architecture leadership across the full delivery lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment, operations).
• Lead architecture reviews, maintain documentation, and ensure security, compliance, data privacy, and quality.
• Drive consistency across CMDM platforms, integrations, and downstream apps.
• Identify technology risks and mitigation strategies for the long-term CMDM landscape.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders on customer data, governance, and integration initiatives.

In this role you will lead the design and governance of Customer Master Data Management solutions for a global data ecosystem. You will align CMDM architecture with enterprise standards and business objectives, spanning Veeva Network, data integrations, and downstream consumers. You will partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, compliant solutions while guiding the full delivery lifecycle. This role offers the chance to shape CMDM strategy and drive data governance, quality, and integration at scale. You will operate at the intersection of business needs and technical execution to enable global growth.

• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise integration best practices
• Ability to create architecture docs, assessments, and roadmaps
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable technology solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
