Captain is seeking a Sole Stewardess to join a 44m motor yacht for an Atlantic crossing from Palma to Fort Lauderdale. This temporary position focuses on interior upkeep, housekeeping, laundry and routine duties during the passage.

Experience with Atlantic crossings and watchkeeping is a bonus; candidates should have STCW/ENG1, B1/B2 visa and strong references. Start 25 September 2026, joining in Palma, finish about 23 October 2026.

Formación

• STCW and ENG1 in date.
• B1/B2 visa required.
• Previous yacht experience preferred.
• Crossing/watchkeeping experience preferred.
• Good references.
• Non smoker preferred.

Sole Stewardess – Atlantic Crossing – 44m M/Y

We are looking for a Sole Stewardess to join a 44m motor yacht for an Atlantic crossing from Palma to Fort Lauderdale.

This is a temporary crossing position with no guest service. The role will primarily involve maintaining the interior, housekeeping, laundry, crew areas and assisting with general duties during the passage.

Previous Atlantic crossing and watchkeeping experience would be a bonus.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good work ethic and who is easy to live and work with during a long passage.

Requirements:

• STCW and ENG1 in date


• B1/B2 visa


• Previous yacht experience


• Crossing/watchkeeping experience preferred


• Good references


• Non smoker preferred
