Huawei is recruiting for on-site field service/technical support roles in Spain. The candidate will train customers on installation, power-on/inverter configuration, and monitoring system use, while ensuring equipment runs reliably and safely. Strong electronics knowledge and English proficiency are required.

The role emphasizes customer teamwork, working under pressure, and fast problem-solving with remote and on-site support capabilities.

Formación

Good communication skills with customer, teamwork spirit; capable of working under pressure.
Need to contact China R&D colleagues; English and local language required.
Basic knowledge of electronics and AC/DC power distribution welcomed.

Responsabilidades

Provide installation training to customer/installer and ensure safe, reliable Huawei equipment installation.
Instruct customers on inverter powering and configuration for normal operation.
Instruct on building and using Huawei monitoring system and ensure proper operation.
Troubleshoot faulty equipment via remote support or on-site service and guide recovery actions.
Manage tickets as part of the local TAC team.
