Opdenergy in Madrid is seeking a Solar Resource Assessment Intern to support our Engineering team. You will help analyze solar data and estimate energy production for PV plants, and assist with technical reports and energy simulations.

The role offers a 6-month paid internship with a hybrid model (2 days remote per week), and opportunities to grow in a global, multicultural environment. You must be enrolled in a university and able to sign an internship agreement.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mecanical, Electrical or similar.
• Full command of English.
• Domain of the Office package.
• Candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their university/school.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in solar data analysis and energy production estimates for PV plants.
• Supporting the preparation of technical reports and energy simulations.
• Collaborating on basic PV plant designs and identifying possible improvements.
• Reviewing and organizing solar radiation data.
• Helping evaluate the performance of solar projects.
• Supporting coordination with other teams such as Construction, Procurement, and O&M.
• Contributing to the improvement of internal tools and analysis processes.

We are currently looking for a Solar Resource Assessment Intern to support our Engineering team from our Madrid office.

What will you help with

Who You Are

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mecanical, Electrical or similar. Valuable Master in Renewable Energy is a Plus.
• Full command of English.
• Domain of the office package.
• Willing to learn and support in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.
• Candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their university/school.
