RWE Renewables Iberia S.A.U. offers a one-year internship in the Solar Operations team, starting as soon as possible.

The role is designed as a first professional experience for students interested in solar plant operations, maintenance and technical coordination, with a hybrid working arrangement. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Site Managers, gaining exposure to day-to-day management of utility-scale solar plants and involvement in real operational topics, maintenance,

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the preparation, review and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Helping Site Managers coordinate technical activities and follow up open actions at the plants
• Tracking maintenance activities, technical issues and contractor actions to ensure they are properly completed and closed
• Supporting the coordination of contractors, suppliers and internal departments
• Reviewing technical documentation, maintenance reports and operational information
• Helping identify operational problems and supporting the team in defining and following up corrective actions
• Supporting the organization and improvement of operational and maintenance processes
• Participating in operational meetings, technical discussions and site-related projects
• Supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within Solar Operations
• Preparing simple operational trackers, summaries and documentation when required
