Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc in Sevilla is seeking an Asset Performance Engineer to monitor solar PV plants and BESS systems, analyze performance data and drive improvements.

You will own technical KPIs, coordinate with O&M teams, report to management, and support testing, benchmarking and post‑COD reviews in an international environment.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, 3–6 years in PV/BESS, proficiency in English and MS Office, and experience with PVsyst.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with PV/BESS experience.
• 3–6 years in the solar PV and/or BESS sector.
• English proficiency required; travel internationally.
• Experience with PVsyst and MS Office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor performance of solar PV plants and BESS systems using SCADA, EMS, and other monitoring tools.
• Report performance and improvement plans to top management.
• Own technical and operational KPIs within scope and define/monitor them.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions and optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with O&M teams for improvements and post-COD reviews.
