Currently, we are looking for a Software Solution Architect. As a Software Solution Architect, you will be a trusted technical advisor for our strategic clients. Your main mission will be to design and plan innovative, secure, and scalable software architectures that drive our clients' digital transformation. You will be a key figure in the software development lifecycle, translating business needs into robust and efficient technical solutions, always aligned with Siemens Advanta's strategic objectives and vision.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, resilient, and secure software architectures, with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and proven ability to operate in multi-cloud environments, selecting key technologies and ensuring their alignment with business objectives, performance, and sustainability.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring the correct implementation of architectures and offering expert technical support.
• Communicate and defend architectural designs to clients and internal teams, strategically collaborating with Tech Sales to define technical offerings.
• Transform business needs into innovative technical solutions, supporting strategic decisions and maintaining constant technological updates for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Architect or in digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Azure and experience in designing multi-cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns such as microservices and event‑driven, as well as integration strategies (APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases).
• Solid knowledge of best practices for system security, performance, and scalability.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Quality‑oriented, innovative, and team‑player mindset.
• Advanced English level and experience working with international clients.
