Kardex Group is seeking a software project manager to lead WES projects from initiation to go-live at client sites. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams and developers to translate requirements into actionable system concepts.

The role requires a degree in a technical field, initial project management experience, and exposure to industrial or logistics environments. Travel up to 10% within Europe is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Initial practical experience in IT or software project management on client-implemented projects.
• Experience in industrial, automated or logistics environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software projects within Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) from initiation to go-live with clients.
• Act as the key contact between clients, internal departments and development teams.
• Analyse client requirements and translate into actionable system concepts.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule and customer satisfaction targets.
• Review and coordinate key documents (technical, IT and interface specifications).
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and drive continuous improvement.
• Support development of standards and scalable solutions within Kardex.
