Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a seasoned IAM leader to head the Elastic Cloud IAM team. You will guide a distributed high-performance group through a modern identity and access management roadmap, shaping how user identities and access are managed across the platform.

You will mentor engineers, drive collaborative discussions, and ensure alignment with business goals while evaluating new technologies to enhance IAM capabilities across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in identity and access management.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and architectures.
• Experience with IAM solutions and frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration. Salary ranges are established based on a combination of external market benchmarks, internal pay equity considerations, and the responsibilities and complexity associated with each role. This approach helps ensure consistency across comparable roles while remaining competitive within the relevant labour markets. The typical starting salary range for this role is: €67.000 - €106.000 EUR
