TheFork is seeking a seasoned engineering manager to lead a distributed team of 7+ engineers working on the B2C TheFork products (website and mobile apps). You will own day-to-day execution, drive on-time delivery, and maintain a high bar for code quality.
Role involves coordinating with product and design, mentoring engineers, and shaping the technical strategy across the B2C Tribe. English fluency required and a strong product mindset is a must.

In Italy, this position offers a gross TTC annual salary range of 72 000 and 77 000 €, in line with the collective bargaining agreement and the company compensation philosophy. The final offer will reflect the candidate’s experience, qualifications and the specific responsibilities of the role.
You will report directly to the B2C Head of Engineering, and you will peer up with the other engineering managers and senior individual contributors.
