Ookla, an Accenture company, is seeking a Software Developer II to join a collaborative engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software powering our products and platforms across backend services, web apps, APIs and data platforms.

You will work on complex technical challenges at global scale, delivering solutions used by millions of people and organisations. Expect exposure to modern DevOps, CI/CD and cloud tools while contributing to the team’s quality standards.

Formación

• Experience building and maintaining software applications or services.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases and cloud-based systems.
• Understanding of testing, debugging and code quality.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test and maintain software and services.
• Contribute to scalable, reliable and maintainable applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Write clean, well-tested code following engineering practices.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues across applications and services.
• Improve performance, scalability and reliability of systems.
• Engage in technical discussions and solution design for improvements.
• Work with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and propose improvements.
