The Workshop is seeking a Software Engineer to push technology forward in Málaga, Spain. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software for high-volume markets, collaborating with product and quality peers to deliver robust solutions.

You will work in a cross-functional team using agile practices, focusing on end-to-end delivery from development to production. Hybrid work, competitive benefits, and ongoing growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions.
• Collaborate with quality, security and product teams to ensure high-quality software.
• Work in an engineering team using agile methodologies to deliver value.
• Code from ground up and participate in production deployments and on-call support.
• Promote end-to-end DevOps across the SDLC and review code for quality and security.
• Mentor others and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Engage with AI coding aids while maintaining code quality and architectural fit.
