Pluxee España busca un Senior Backend Engineer para impulsar su motor de pagos y servicios de back-end. Trabajarás en un squad de pagos, diseñando y optimizando microservicios capaces de manejar alto volumen y garantizar consistencia de datos.

Se valorará experiencia en Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB y PostgreSQL, con enfoque en pruebas, rendimiento y seguridad. Colaborarás con equipos frontend y utilizarás herramientas de IA para acelerar entregas.

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones de producción.
• Experiencia en el ecosistema Node.js y bases de datos MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Conocimientos de pruebas automatizadas, rendimiento y seguridad.
• Fluido en español e inglés técnico.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar servicios backend 100% enfocados en rendimiento y fiabilidad.
• Colaborar con equipos React/React Native, revisiones de código y mentorización.
• Diseñar arquitecturas escalables y soluciones event-driven.
• Trabajo con IA y herramientas GenAI para acelerar desarrollo.

You'll join the Payments Squad , a high-performance team dedicated to building the engine that moves money globally. we design resilient, mission-critical systems where transactional precision , idempotency , and fault tolerance are at the heart of everything we do. Build and optimize robust backend services capable of handling high-volume traffic while ensuring 100% data consistency and system reliability. Understand the complexities of existing systems and evolve them into scalable, event-driven architectures to meet future global product requirements. High-Stakes Quality: You will be responsible for comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and acceptance) as well as advanced load and performance simulations. Share your expertise through deep code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and documenting engineering standards that elevate the entire squad. Actively leverage AI tools and coding assistants on a daily basis to accelerate development cycles, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize overall team processes and delivery speed. Backend Core: Node.Js (TypeScript), NestJS (or similar frameworks). ~ Data & State: MongoDB (Atlas), Redis for caching and distributing locking and PosgreSQL for our ledger database ~ Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD (deploying multiple times daily). ~ Sentry and Datadog/New Relic for real-time monitoring. ~ GitHub Copilot, Claude Sonnet, ChatGPT, and other GenAI assistants. ~ GitHub, GitLab, Slack, JIRA, Notion. ~(Note: You will collaborate closely with our React/React Native teams, but your focus will be 100% Backend).

• Backend Core: Node.Js (TypeScript), NestJS (or similar frameworks).
• Data & State: MongoDB (Atlas), Redis for caching and distributing locking and PosgreSQL for our ledger database

Proven Senior Expertise: 5+ years of experience developing production-grade applications. Experience within the Node.Js ecosystem will be a plus. Deep understanding of race conditions, eventual consistency, idempotency, and message brokers. The "Payments Mindset": experience with banking systems, payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, etc.), ledger systems, or reconciliation processes will be a plus. Quality First: Extensive experience with automated testing patterns and a "shift-left" security mindset. Spanish & English fluency.
