Grupo Oesía is seeking an experienced software engineer to contribute to the design, integration, and validation of advanced defense software systems across multinational projects in Sevilla. You will work on stable, cross-domain capabilities, handling requirements management and system validation in collaboration with diverse teams.

The role emphasizes distributed systems, MBSE, and AGILE development, with English proficiency at B2 level required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in defense, aerospace, security, critical software, or similar sectors.
• Experience in software development for complex distributed systems.
• Experience in international collaborative projects.
• Knowledge of requirements engineering and MBSE.
• Experience in software design and development using AGILE methodologies.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating C2 systems, sensors, communications, mission systems, or similar.
• Knowledge of information exchange and interoperability technologies.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum English proficiency at the B2 level.
