Planeta DeAgostini is seeking a Social Media Specialist to implement the International Social Media strategy and lead influencer marketing initiatives. You will build a network of ambassadors, coordinate with agencies, monitor KPIs, and report results while organizing events to boost brand awareness and sales.

The role requires collaboration with Social Media and Customer Service teams and a proactive, highly organized candidate with strong communication skills. English and Spanish are essential.

Formación

• Education: Advertising, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
• Experience: More than 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Idioms: Advanced level of English is essential. Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead influencer marketing strategy to build ambassadors, driving brand awareness and sales.
• Coordinate agencies to ensure correct execution of strategy.
• Monitor actions and KPIs; analyse results and report findings.
• Organize events and special actions.

At Planeta DeAgostini, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for implementing the International Social Media strategy.

Influencer Marketing

• Lead the Influencer Marketing strategy with the goal of creating a strong network of ambassadors and maintaining their loyalty over time to generate brand awareness and sales.
• Agency coordination to ensure the correct execution of the strategy.
• Monitor actions and KPIs.
• Analyse results and provide periodic reports.
• Organize events and special actions.

Social Media

• Agency coordination to ensure the correct execution of the strategy.
• User sentiment monitoring and analysis
• Establish communication protocols for social media in coordination with the Customer Service department.

Others

• Support other global projects undertaken by the department.
• Search for opportunities and new trends in the sector.

Education: Advertising, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.

Experience: More than 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Idioms: Advanced level of English is essential. Spanish.
