CayoTV is launching a brand-new international digital sports channel in Madrid and seeks a digital-native content creator to lead our online communities onsite in the studio.

You will edit fast-paced vertical videos for live sports events, monitor conversations, and translate trends into engaging content. Strong English skills and a passion for sports are essential for this international role.

Formación

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields.
• Proven experience editing vertical video for fast-paced social algorithms.
• Fluent English (C1-C2) for copywriting and moderating an international community.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, grow, and engage our digital communities across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube).
• Create, edit, and publish native vertical content in real-time during live sports broadcasts.
• Monitor live social media conversations, spot global trends, and adapt them to our channel's voice.
• Track performance metrics to optimize content distribution and audience engagement.

At CayoTV, we are launching a brand-new international digital sports channel, and we are looking for a digital native and sports-obsessed content creator to lead our online communities!

If you live on TikTok, speak fluent internet culture, edit fast-paced vertical video, and know exactly what goes viral in real time during a sports event, this role is for you!

• Manage, grow, and engage our digital communities across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube).
• Create, edit, and publish native vertical content in real-time (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) during live sports broadcasts.
• Monitor live social media conversations, spot global trends, and immediately adapt them to our channel's voice.
• Track performance metrics to continuously optimize content distribution and audience engagement.

What we are looking for:

• Background: Degree in Digital Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, Social Media, or related fields.
• Tech & Editing Skills: Advanced experience editing vertical video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop/Canva) tailored for fast-paced social algorithms.
• Languages: Excellent English / C1-C2 (Essential) for copywriting, creating memes, and moderating an international community.
• Profile: Deep understanding of digital culture, an absolute passion for sports news, and living in Madrid (onsite position in studio).
