Formación

Purpose of the Role

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for shaping and executing Havaianas’ social media strategy across multiple platforms to engage, inspire, and grow our online community. The successful candidate will oversee content creation, community management, social campaigns, and collaborations that align with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Align social media activities with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives of Havaianas in Europe.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the brand’s digital presence and differentiate.
Content Creation & Management
  • Hire, oversee, and manage relationships with social media agencies to ensure that they deliver impactful and on‑brand campaigns, align with strategic objectives, and meet performance KPIs.
  • Lead content planning and oversee the production of engaging, on‑brand visuals, videos, and copy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external creative agencies to produce and schedule high‑quality content.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Community Engagement
  • Monitor, engage, and respond to the Havaianas online community in a voice consistent with the brand.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify Havaianas’ reach.
  • Track user‑generated content and integrate it into social campaigns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Analyze and report on key metrics and performance indicators for social media channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools to derive insights, optimize content strategy, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Provide recommendations for improving reach and engagement based on social trends and feedback.
Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with the PR, Media & Content team to ensure cohesive messaging across earned and owned media.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support product launches and other promotional activities.
  • Partner with the agency managing social media to maintain a unified approach and leverage external expertise.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle industry.
  • Proficient in major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn) and familiarity with new and emerging platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing collaborations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Soft skills (adaptability, problem‑solving, emotional intelligence, creativity, networking) will be highly valuable.
  • Fluent in English. Another language (Italian/French/Spanish) is a plus.
