Procter & Gamble in Madrid is seeking an early-career Purchasing Manager for Social & Influencer Partnerships to design and implement sourcing strategies and manage partners across Social & Brand Building projects. You will work with influencers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to create value and drive business growth.

Formación

• Interest in fast-moving consumer goods and brand building.
• Passion for social media and influencer marketing.
• Interest in strategy and partner relationships within Purchasing.
• Analytical mindset to identify questions, understand results and act on insights.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience in purchasing or influencer partnerships preferred.
• Experience with health, beauty, or consumer brands.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing execution and commercial delivery: identify, select, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and oversee execution.
• Partner management: build trusted relationships, negotiate terms, monitor results, and drive improvements.
• Governance & compliance: ensure coordination and adherence to policies across projects.
• Business collaboration: work with Brand, Finance and Legal to identify solutions using data and trends.
