The ideal candidate has a passion for creativity, a portfolio of previous work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Compensation includes a gross salary of €30,000 annually plus equity.

We're building an AI agent that one day will be able to run an entire e‑commerce business alone. Molin is a fast-moving startup at the cutting edge of AI, working with SMB and enterprise clients to reshape how online businesses operate.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator – primarily video and images – to be the creative engine behind how Molin shows up online. This is not a pure production job where someone hands you a brief and you execute it. You'll come up with the ideas, shape the concepts, and then make them real. We want someone who lives and breathes content, follows the startup and AI ecosystem closely, and can turn a trend that broke this morning into a post that goes live this afternoon.

You’ll be based in Barcelona and work closely with the founders in person – meeting up multiple times a week to film, brainstorm, and capture content. Some of the best material comes from being in the room while we build, so this is a hands‑on, on‑the‑ground role.

It also doesn’t stop at the office. You’ll occasionally travel with us to events and conferences to document the experience as it happens. These are fast‑paced – long days, a lot going on, and content that needs to go out quickly while the moment is still live. You’ll be the one capturing it, cutting it, and shipping it in near‑real time.

What You’ll Do

• Create video and image content for our social channels – LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and wherever else our audience is paying attention.
• Come up with the ideas. You're not just producing, you're concepting – pitching angles, formats, and series that make people stop scrolling.
• Meet the founders in Barcelona multiple times a week to record content, capture behind‑the‑scenes moments, and turn what we're building into things people actually want to watch.
• Travel with us occasionally to events and conferences to document our experiences – capturing, editing, and publishing content quickly while everything is happening around you.
• Thrive in the fast pace of live events – long hours, high energy, and the ability to push polished content out fast under pressure.
• Follow the startup and AI ecosystem closely and react fast – spot a trend, have a take, and ship content while it's still relevant.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art AI tools to produce more, faster, and better – you're excited about what these tools unlock for a creator.
• Own the full creative process end‑to‑end: idea, shoot, edit, publish.
• Track what works, learn from the numbers, and double down on the formats that perform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator with a strong focus on video and images.
• A portfolio you can show us – real work, not just concepts.
• Genuinely creative – you bring original ideas, not just clean execution of someone else's brief.
• Able to work fast under pressure – especially at live events, where the days are long and content needs to ship quickly.
• Deep curiosity about AI – you already use AI tools in your creative workflow and you're excited to push them further.
• Plugged into the startup and AI ecosystem – you know what's happening, who's talking about it, and how to react quickly with content.
• Comfortable being self‑directed in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Based in Barcelona and able to meet the founders in person multiple times a week to record.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally for events and conferences.
• Full‑time, 40 hours per week, working EU hours (no siesta).

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for a startup, tech company, or B2B SaaS brand.
• A track record of content that performed – views, follows, engagement, or conversions you can point to.
• Editing, motion, and design skills across multiple tools.
• An existing audience or personal content presence of your own.
• Experience covering live events or conferences and producing content on the spot.
