Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Spain seeks a Performance Energy Engineer to identify building optimization opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and reduce energy consumption, costs and maintenance. You will work with advanced building analytics, energy audits, baseline development, cost calculations, and M&V concepts.

This role collaborates with the European Digital Delivery Center, supports sales in digital services, and owns the optimization process from discovery to delivery.

Formación

• Experience with plant and control optimization in industry and buildings.
• Knowledge of BMS/EMS systems and energy management concepts.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
• Background in HVAC and energy efficiency projects.

Responsabilidades

• Identify building optimization opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Perform energy audits, baseline development, cost calculations, and M&V concepts.
• Engage with sales to identify and qualify digital services contracts.
• Own the optimization process from discovery to service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Siemens European Digital Delivery Center and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends to enhance service offerings.
• Support cross-country travel across Spain as needed.
