Siemens is seeking a Performance Energy Engineer for its Digital Services team in Spain. This full-time, on-site role focuses on reducing energy consumption and costs through data-driven optimization and robust analytics across building operations.

You will work on energy efficiency projects, audits, and performance verification while collaborating with the European Digital Delivery Center. Travel across Spain is required.

Formación

• Experience with plant and control optimization on industry and buildings market.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is advantageous.
• Theoretical background enabling calculation of effects of system adjustments; practical HVAC/energy basics.
• Languages: English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts building data analytics remote audits and develops facility improvement measures.
• Engage with industry/building stakeholders to understand energy usage and operations.
• Analyze designs vs current usage to identify operation changes.
• Prepare performance reports and energy/maintenance optimization measures.
• Assist sales in identifying and qualifying digital services contracts.
• Own optimization process from discovery to service delivery including energy audits, cost calculations, design and M&V.
• Coordinate with Siemens European Digital Delivery Center.
• Monitor market trends to enhance offerings.
