Responsabilidades

• Complete required Title 31; CTRs and SARs.
• Enforce all policies and procedures regarding security of monies, parts, equipment, and documentation.
• Use effective communication to provide consistent, accurate information across shifts.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct following established standards.
• Maintain knowledge of information security policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
• Meet attendance guidelines and follow regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Complete SGE Training programs and attend required meetings.

JOB FUNCTION:

The Slot Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Slot Attendants (Irving) on an assigned shift and is responsible for ensuring that the Slot Attendants are providing consistent high levels of customer service. The Slot Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Slot Operations Manager with day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations Department, including oversight of all Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs). All Duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment's policies and procedures, NIGC Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible to work in conjunction with the Slot Operations Manager in the supervision of personnel and efficient operation of the facilities during an assigned shift. Monitor personnel activities and take appropriate action in support of efficient operations.
2. Observe activities in the Slot Department, watching for irregularities. Ensure slot machines are functioning properly, and the machines are being played legitimately.
3. Assign personnel to areas of the casino, schedule and monitor breaks in order to provide proper coverage and efficient service to Slot customers.
4. Assist in monitoring the payouts on the machines or Cashier Cage, to ensure that proper amounts are being paid to customers.
5. Act as signatory on jackpots as outlined by Slot Policies and Procedures.
6. Assist the Finance Department with Kiosk errors, fills, and kiosk reports when needed.
7. Complete required documents for Title 31; CTRs and SARs.

6. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
7. Must complete all required SGE Training programs in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
8. Attend all necessary meetings.
