Seneca Gaming and Entertainment in Salamanca seeks a Slot Supervisor to oversee Slot Attendants on a shift and uphold high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring machines operate properly, overseeing payouts, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and security policies. Applicants should have 1-3 years supervisory experience and a high school diploma.

Formación

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent math skills and be able to perform accurately under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise personnel and operations during the assigned shift.
• Monitor slot activities, ensure machines function properly and are played legitimately.
• Assign staff to casino areas, schedule breaks to provide proper coverage and efficient service.
• Assist in monitoring payouts and cashier cage for accuracy.
• Act as signatory on jackpots per Slot Policies and Procedures.
• Assist Finance with kiosk errors, fills, and kiosk reports when needed.
• Complete required Title 31; CTRs and SARs.
• Enforce all policies and procedures regarding security of monies, parts, equipment, and documentation.
• Use effective communication to provide consistent, accurate information across shifts.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct following established standards.
• Maintain knowledge of information security policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
• Meet attendance guidelines and follow regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Complete SGE Training programs and attend required meetings.
