Axis Data, part of the MTS Globe Group, seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to advance its cloud infrastructure. You will work with a highly technical team, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to new services using AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.

Strong Linux and automation skills are required, with English proficiency for international collaboration. You will participate in on-call rotations, drive efficiency through automation, and help maintain robust, scalable systems in a

• Strong knowledge of AWS and its architecture.
• Strong knowledge in Terraform.
• Knowledge in automation tools. Ansible preferred.
• Self-motivated, good communication, documentation and teamwork skills are a must.
• Intermediate English (spoken and written).
• Able to work effectively under deadlines in a changing environment.
• Experience in architecture, maintenance, and developing Linux.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and operating CI/CD pipeline tools.

Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will work as part of a highly technical team of professionals who support the day-to-day management and operations of Axis Data´s Cloud Systems as well collaborate in the project tasks related with your technology expertise area. You will utilize your strong technical background and related experience to positively contribute to the department's goals and vision for advancing the IT infrastructure platform to the Group. To be successful you will need a strong technical orientation, have excellent customer service skills, have a desire to advance in the field, be a creative problem solver and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services and its architecture.
• Strong knowledge In Terraform.
• Knowledge in automation tools. Ansible preferred.
• Self-motivated, good communication, documentation and teamwork skills are a must.

• Able to work effectively under deadlines in a changing environment.
• Experience in architecture, maintenance, and developing Linux.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and operating CI/CD pipeline tools

Desirable

• Kubernetes knowledge in administration and configuration.
• Experience in administration for Tomcat Apache, Jboss ESB server, all of them running under Linux environment.
• Service oriented / ITIL know-how.
• Excellent Linux administration skills (RedHat, Oracle Linux).
• Skill in scripting to automate and simplify day to day tasks (shell, python).
• A certificate of disability will be recognised.
