Medpace is looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Manager to join their Clinical Monitoring team in Madrid. This role involves managing and developing CRAs, ensuring compliance, and assisting project objectives. The ideal candidate has a Life Science Bachelor's degree and significant CRA experience.

Formación

• At least 4 years' experience as CRA in specified country.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as CRAM.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Line management of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
• Oversight of CRAs to ensure they meet expectations.
• Assist Clinical Trial Managers with achieving project objectives.

Medpace is growing quickly, and we are seeking an office-based Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Manager to join our Clinical Monitoring team in Madrid. The CRA Manager plays a key role in the clinical trial management process at Medpace. Responsibilities

• Line management of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
• Recruitment
• Involvement in training and development of the CRAs in collaboration with Training & Development department
• Oversight of CRAs to ensure they meet expectations
• Tracking and management of CRA Resourcing and allocation of studies assignment
• Turnover and retention of CRAs to meet company objectives
• Assist Clinical Trial Managers (CTM) with achieving project objectives in regards to CRA performance standards, monitoring consistency and compliance; also in trouble shooting and serve as a resource for issue resolution
• May serve as a lead CRA as needed

Qualifications

• Life Science Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years' experience as CRA in specified country
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as CRAM
• Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and Local Regulations
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• This position is office based in Madrid, Spain
• Occasional travel (10-20%)
