Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Site Engineering & Development Project Leader (MPL) in manufacturing to lead the engineering scope of projects and ensure cross-functional alignment. You will coordinate specialists and experts across the extended team and deliver robust, profitable solutions.

You should have a Bachelor’s with experience or a Master’s degree, strong leadership and project-management skills, and good communication in English to succeed in this role at OPmobility.

Direct Manager: Site Technical Manager

Functional Manager: Technical Manager Spain

Direct report:None but insures cross functional management of specialists and experts of his/her extended team

Organizational interfaces / Communication & Cooperation: Core team : EPM, CPM, SPM, PM, PQL Suppliers Extended Team: Assembly Engineer, Supply Chain Engineer, Packaging Engineer, Paint Process Engineer, Plant Manufacturing Engineer and associated expertise.

Knowledge / Qualification: Bachelor’s with experience or Master’s degree

Key behavioural competencies (on top of OPmobility Group competencies): Leadership, able to make clear synthesis, organized, rigorous, good

Other requirements: communication, English, project management skills
