AgileEngine in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Shopify Practice Lead to build and lead our ecommerce practice for top clients. You will guide technical teams, mentor developers, and partner with sales on pre-sales calls to translate business goals into scalable Shopify-based solutions.
The role combines leadership, client consultation, and hands-on delivery in a remote-first environment, with opportunities to influence growth across Fortune 500 and top product companies.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale solutions and conversion improvements.
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers.
- Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and communicate with all stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and oversee Shopify stores, apps, and integrations end-to-end.
- Lead engagements, mentor developers, and set coding standards.
- Collaborate with sales on pre-sales calls and drive growth opportunities.
- Guide UX, SEO, and CRO efforts to improve conversions.
- Stay current with Shopify updates and headless frameworks.
