AudensGroup, a leading food industry player, seeks a Production Shift Manager for its Roales del Pan plant in Zamora, Spain. The role focuses on leading a production team, ensuring plan adherence, and upholding quality and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in industrial production management, strong leadership, and experience with Lean methodologies. Willingness to work rotating shifts is required to drive operational excellence.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams in an industrial production environment.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts.
• University degree or equivalent solid professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the production team throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and with quality and food safety standards.
• Manage operational incidents in coordination with the Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments.
• Analyze shift performance indicators and drive improvement actions.
• Promote continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing) and initiatives to reduce waste and production losses.
