MAP, part of WPP, seeks a Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development in Barcelona to lead a skilled SFMC team and translate complex client requirements into scalable solutions. You will define technical architecture, guide automations, and oversee end-to-end delivery on major SFMC projects, collaborating with Architects, PMs and Designers.

You bring 6+ years in software development with 2+ years in leadership within SFMC, deep SFMC expertise (Adstudio, Social Studio, Einstein), and strong

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive developer experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Deep architectural and hands-on SFMC knowledge, including Adstudio, Social Studio, and Einstein.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript, with HTML/CSS knowledge for SFMC implementations.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and building scalable SFMC solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, capable of influencing clients and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of SFMC developers, defining technical architecture and overseeing end-to-end delivery.
• Translate advanced client requirements into robust, scalable SFMC solutions through research and strategy.
• Guide your team on automations, approve specs, estimates, deployment plans, and test methodologies.
• Mentor junior and senior developers and drive best practices across SFMC projects.
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical roadmaps for large-scale SFMC implementations.
