Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst (HRSD specialism) to bridge business and technical teams. You will translate HRSD requirements into stories, maintain backlogs, and coordinate testing and sign‑offs within an agile delivery model.

You will work with HR/People & Culture stakeholders, contribute to product roadmaps, and ensure HR data sensitivity is respected throughout configuration and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT or digital transformation.
• Strong skills in elicitation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management across levels.
• Experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including defining test scenarios, UAT, and sign‑off processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile delivery environment with multiple workstreams.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Centre Pro).
• Experience working with HR, People & Culture, or employee experience stakeholders.
• Understanding of translating HR processes into ServiceNow configuration and balancing platform vs. process ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
• Translate requirements into development-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and refine the requirements backlog with the Product Owner.
• Support Sprint Intake reviews with detailed stories and criteria.
• Coordinate functional testing and UAT to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Act as liaison between business and QA to align test cases with requirements.
• Document scope changes, risks, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to Release Readout sessions and post-delivery feedback loops.
• Maintain traceability of requirements through delivery.
