Zurich Insurance in Barcelona is offering a part-time internship as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. You will collaborate on global projects, document business requirements, and develop tech solutions while enhancing your skills in IT operations and Insurtech. Responsibilities

• Work and collaborate on exciting global ServiceNow projects
• Assess, define and document functional business requirements
• Develop and deploy innovative tech solutions based on our global ServiceNow platform
• Work alongside experts in various functional & technological domains
• Enhance your skills with real-world experience in IT Operations, ServiceMgmt, GenAI, AgenticAI, etc.
• Contribute to a global team that values your input and creativity

Required Qualifications

• Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory
• Interest in the Insurtech world
• Availability for at least a 6‑month part‑time internship program
• Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn
• Good team player with a responsible, can‑do attitude
