Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a General & Sites Services Manager. You will oversee waste management, catering, vehicle fleets, and office services, aligning KPIs with cost control and supplier SLAs.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree (Master's) and 3 years in supplier management, with English level B2+ and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or similar (EQF Level 7).
• Up to 3 years in supplier management or equivalent.
• Experience with KPI management and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SLAs and service contracts.
• Proactive with continuous improvement and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

Job Description: An opportunity for a general & sites services manager in Airbus Defence & Space has arisen in Getafe (Madrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the operational performance, KPI achievement, and contract compliance of the waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending in Getafe.
• Support in Office Services in Getafe.
• Cross-functional support to other general services and FMRE Spain service lines.
• The goal is to ensure efficiency, cost control, excellence in the employee experience, and continuous improvement.
• Main activities Waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending in Getafe.
• Monitoring and improvement of KPIs (quality, satisfaction, incidents, service times, etc.).
• Supervision of contractual compliance and SLAs with suppliers.
• Analysis of consumption data, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Definition and implementation of continuous improvement plans.
• Budget management and cost control.
• Audit coordination.
• Action plan management.
• Adherence to applicable regulations and standards.

SKILLS

• Degree in Engineering or similar, EQF Level 7 (Master's level).
• Up to 3 years of experience in supplier management.
• Experience in KPI management and data analysis.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google analysis tools.
• Project management.
