Signify in Madrid is seeking a Service Engineer/Technical Designer Intern to join the S&S team. The role involves managing Service Cost Calculations for Life Cycle Services based on customer requirements and Signify Service Policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Electrical, or Business, with strong skills in Excel and fluency in English and Spanish. Join us to help light up the future.

Formación

• Ideally, you have a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Electrical or Business area.
• You are capable to understand customer requirements and Signify Service Policies.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic fast paced international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Service Cost Calculations for Life Cycle Services.
• Support the Service Manager with professional services external business case elaboration.
• Participate in the hand over from the Systems Center to the Customer Satisfaction team.

Conocimientos

Very good domain of Excel

Fluency in English

Fluency in Spanish

Ability to manage different items in a calculation

Team player

Proactive and ownership
