Una empresa de tecnología busca un ingeniero especializado en Google Tag Manager del lado del servidor en Madrid. El candidato ideal debe tener más de 5 años de experiencia en entornos empresariales y ser capaz de gestionar proyectos complejos. Las responsabilidades incluyen liderar proyectos de etiquetado y colaborar con diferentes partes interesadas para garantizar una integración efectiva. Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y autogestionar proyectos de etiquetado del lado del servidor de GTM desde la planificación hasta el despliegue.
  • Definir y gestionar hojas de ruta de implementación alineadas con los objetivos empresariales.
  • Colaborar con partes interesadas de diferentes funciones para garantizar una integración fluida.
  • Optimizar configuraciones de etiquetado para rendimiento y cumplimiento.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Tag Manager (GTM) Engineer with expertise in server‑side tag management. This role requires ownership of end‑to‑end implementation projects, including roadmap definition, stakeholder engagement, and technical execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and self‑manage GTM server‑side tagging projects from planning to deployment.
  • Define and drive implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Business and IT) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize server‑side tagging configurations for performance and compliance.
Requirements (Must‑Have)
  • Proven experience with Google Tag Manager server‑side tagging.
  • Strong project‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics and data governance principles.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in large‑scale enterprise environments, capable of navigating complex setups and delivering robust analytics solutions.
Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in leveraging web analytics clickstream data and writing SQL queries for reporting and analysis, preferably using Databricks.
  • Experience with AWS technology stack for server‑side environments.
  • Familiarity with privacy and security best practices in data collection.
