Suntransfers is seeking an accomplished SEO Manager to own and grow organic search across our core markets. You will blend technical SEO with content strategy and commercial acumen, working with Product, Content and Paid Media to drive sustainable traffic and revenue growth.

The role requires leadership of international and multilingual SEO initiatives, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed best practices in features, content, and site improvements.

Formación

• 4+ years' hands-on SEO experience, ideally in travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale sites.
• Proven experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog.
• Hands-on experience with GEO/AI search optimisation and emerging trends.
• Strong data analysis skills; Excel/Google Sheets, SQL or Python a plus.
• Experience managing international and multilingual SEO.
• Strong stakeholder management; explain technical concepts clearly.
• Commercial mindset; link SEO initiatives to business impact and revenue.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communicator; collaborative, analytical, and proactive.
• Experience in travel, mobility, transport, or large-scale programmatic SEO is a plus.

About the Role

We're looking for an SEO Manager to own and grow organic search performance across our core markets. You'll blend technical SEO expertise with content strategy and commercial acumen, working cross-functionally with Product, Content and Paid Media to drive sustainable, high-intent organic traffic and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the SEO strategy across core markets to drive organic traffic, visibility, and revenue.
• Manage technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and international SEO.
• Develop and implement the GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy to maximise visibility across AI-powered search platforms and optimise content for AI discovery.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Growth, Content, and Paid Media teams to embed SEO/GEO best practices into new features, content, and website improvements.
• Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities using SEO and analytics tools, defining KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and experimentation frameworks.
• Monitor search industry trends, including Google algorithm updates and AI search evolution, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive brand discoverability by ensuring content is optimised for both traditional search engines and AI platforms, while identifying visibility gaps.
• Manage SEO/GEO tools, agencies, and stakeholders, championing organic search best practices and educating teams on the future of search.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years' hands-on SEO experience, ideally in travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, or other large-scale websites.
• Proven experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog.
• Hands‑on experience with GEO/AI search optimisation and emerging search trends.
• Strong data analysis skills, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python, is a plus.
• Experience managing international and multilingual SEO.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Commercial mindset, able to link SEO initiatives to business impact and revenue.
• Fluent in English – Additional languages are a plus!
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player with excellent analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and committed to continuous improvement, able to work independently.
• Experience in travel, mobility, transport, or large-scale programmatic SEO is a plus.
