Jabil Circuit is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Leader to plan, direct, and optimize production, machinery, processing, and packaging activities. You will lead Workcell Leaders, drive performance improvements, and align activities with campus strategic directions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum eight years related experience and/or training
• Five years' experience in manufacturing supervisory role
• Minimum 3 years of workcell management experience
• Experience managing complex multi-customer workcells and/or large mono-customer workcells
• Ability to read and communicate technical and business information to management

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Operations Leader, you will plan, direct, and optimize production, machinery, processing, and packaging activities. You will lead Workcell Leaders, drive performance improvements, and align activities with campus strategic directions. You’ll focus on cost efficiency, quality, safety, and customer service while developing people and succession plans. This role offers impact through cross-cell collaboration and manufacturing strategy development that supports scalable, sustainable operations.

• Plan hiring and workforce development based on workcell forecasts
• Set measurable goals and evaluate team results; manage succession planning
• Define and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with campus directions
• Share best practices across workcells to enable campus-wide improvements
• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives and streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality policies and protect sensitive information
• Utilize JOS tools such as QRQC and LPA in workcell tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
