The Global Search Company busca un Senior Womenswear Fashion Design Manager para liderar el desarrollo de colecciones femeninas en una marca internacional con base en Kuwait. El candidato trabajará con un equipo creativo y de compras para asegurar innovación y rentabilidad.

Se requiere experiencia como diseñador senior en entornos de moda premium o de alto volumen, habilidad para coordinar con equipos globales y capacidad de gestionar el ciclo completo de desarrollo de producto.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar colecciones womenswear de temporada de forma desde concepto hasta producto final.
• Investigar tendencias globales de moda y estilo de vida.
• Crear mood boards, paletas de color y seleccionar telas.
• Colaborar con compras, merchandising y equipos de producción.
• Trabajar con proveedores y fabricantes para mantener la calidad.
• Asistir a fittings y supervisar la refinación de la colección.
• Contribuir a una identidad de producto diferenciada alineada a la estrategia de marca.

We are working on a Senior Womenswear Fashion Design Manager on behalf of a leading international fashion retail business based in Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity to join a design-led organisation that continues to invest heavily in product innovation, brand development and international growth. Working as part of an established creative team, the successful candidate will play a central role in shaping seasonal womenswear collections for a broad and discerning customer base . THE POSITION WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO KUWAIT

The Role

The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for developing commercially successful collections from concept through to final product, combining strong creative vision with an in-depth understanding of customer trends and market dynamics. Working closely with buying, merchandising and sourcing teams, you will ensure collections are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the overall brand direction .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal womenswear collections across multiple product categories.
• Research global fashion, consumer and lifestyle trends to identify new opportunities.
• Produce mood boards, colour palettes, fabric selections and design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with buying, technical and production teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
• Attend fit sessions, review samples and oversee collection refinement through to final sign-off.
• Support the development of a strong and differentiated product identity aligned to the brand strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Fashion Designer within a premium or high-volume fashion retail environment.
• Recent experience with an internationally recognised retailer.
• Strong understanding of womenswear product development, fabric sourcing and commercial design.
• A creative eye combined with excellent technical and product development capabilities.
• Ability to balance innovation with commercial awareness and customer insight.
• Confident communicator, capable of working effectively across international teams and supplier networks.
