The Global Search Company is seeking a Senior Womenswear Fashion Design Manager to lead collection development from concept to final product, blending creative vision with market insights across international teams.

Based in Kuwait, the role involves collaborating with buying, merchandising and sourcing, overseeing fit, colour, fabrics, and supplier networks, with relocation support and a competitive tax-free package.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Fashion Designer within a premium or high-volume fashion retail environment.
• Recent experience with an internationally recognised retailer.
• Strong understanding of womenswear product development, fabric sourcing and commercial design.
• A creative eye with excellent technical and product development capabilities.
• Ability to balance innovation with commercial awareness and customer insight.
• Confident communicator across international teams and supplier networks.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop seasonal womenswear collections across multiple product categories.
• Research global fashion, consumer and lifestyle trends to identify new opportunities.
• Produce mood boards, colour palettes, fabric selections and design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with buying, technical and production teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
• Attend fit sessions, review samples and oversee collection refinement through to final sign-off.
• Support the development of a strong and differentiated product identity aligned to the brand strategy.
