Aristocrat is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its IT team in Spain. The role focuses on maintaining Microsoft-based systems, migrating users between 365 environments, and ensuring secure, reliable operations for internal teams worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring extensive 365, AD, Azure, and Intune experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent English communication. The position offers growth, collaboration, and exposure to global IT projects.

Formación

• 5+ years with Microsoft 365 administration.
• 5+ years of Windows Active Directory and Azure experience.
• 3+ years managing Microsoft Intune.
• Experience migrating users in Office 365 and Azure.
• Experience with SaaS apps and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support the company with various systems and applications, ensuring flawless operations.
• Manage the user transfer project between Microsoft 365 environments and migrate all user data.
• Maintain Microsoft-based workstations, laptops, and servers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to internal teams.
• Implement and coordinate security measures to protect company data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects.
• Maintain and update IT documentation for systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with IT policies.
