Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Web3 team in Barcelona. You will architect user experiences powering crypto ecosystems, transforming complex workflows into seamless interfaces and collaborating with engineering, product, and compliance teams.

You will prototype with AI, test with customers, and help shape Bitpanda's next-generation products while embracing a hybrid work model and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in Product, UX, and UI Design with strong crypto/fintech background.
• Experience designing for crypto/Web3 or regulated fintech environments.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end trading, investment, and Web3 interfaces for mobile and web.
• Simplify complex financial products into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize funnel conversion and engagement.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and ensure performance across data-heavy interfaces.
• Prototype fast with AI tools and test ideas with real customers.
