Amaris Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer focusing on vulnerability management. You will join an international team and work on remediation across Windows, Linux, and VMware, implementing processes and tooling to strengthen security posture.

• Experience in IT infrastructure engineering focused on vulnerability management and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and VMware virtualization.
• Patching, configuration management, and upgrade tools (SCCM, ManageEngine).
• Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, DORA).
• Automation and scripting in PowerShell and Bash.
• PowerBI for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
• English fluent; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities across enterprise server and storage platforms (Windows, Linux, VMware).
• Implement and maintain vulnerability management processes and tools.
• Analyze CVEs, assess risks, and develop remediation strategies.
• Automate remediation workflows using scripting and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with global teams (AMER, EMEA) to coordinate remediation activities.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, DORA).
• Produce detailed technical documentation and reporting using PowerBI.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure security.
