Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT infrastructure security professional to lead vulnerability management and remediation across Windows, Linux and VMware environments. The role focuses on implementing processes, analyzing CVEs, and automating workflows using PowerShell and Bash.

You will collaborate with global teams, ensure ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and DORA compliance, and produce PowerBI reports while improving security practices and audit readiness.

Formación

• Experience in IT infrastructure engineering with a focus on vulnerability management and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux and virtualization (VMware).
• Proficiency in patching, configuration management, and upgrade tools (SCCM, ManageEngine).
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, DORA).
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with network infrastructure (firewalls, routing, DNS, Active Directory, Citrix).
• Experience with PowerBI for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
• Experience with Middleware (.NET, IIS, Tomcat), storage systems, or telecom infrastructure (Avaya, Genesys) is a plus.
• English fluent. Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and leadership; proactive and customer-oriented; able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities across enterprise server and storage platforms (Windows, Linux, VMware).
• Implement and maintain vulnerability management processes and tools.
• Analyze CVEs, assess risks, and develop effective remediation strategies.
• Automate remediation workflows using scripting and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with global teams (AMER, EMEA) to coordinate remediation activities.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, DORA).
• Produce detailed technical documentation and reporting using PowerBI.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure security.
