Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable technical discipline (real-world project experience matters).
• 3–5 years of hands-on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops experience (version 2402 or later) and Citrix Cloud administration; Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Windows Client (10/11) and Windows Server (2019/2022+), Active Directory, GPOs, and authentication.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Nutanix or VMware.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Fluent English for collaboration with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain & evolve Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure including Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop components.
• Own environment management: machine catalogs, delivery groups, global policies, profile management, and Workspace App deployments.
• Take ownership of escalated L3 issues and diagnose root causes with minimal guidance.
• Drive automation through PowerShell to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base; participate in change, problem, and release management.
