Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior UX Designer for the Provider Console, a unified provider-facing platform. You will own the end-to-end user experience across multiple products, reducing friction and enabling self-service to scale the business.

We value system-level thinking, research-driven decisions, and strong collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver a coherent, efficient provider experience in a hybrid Barcelona-based role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience with platform thinking.
• Experience designing multi-product or multi-surface platforms where consistency and navigation architecture were a core part of the challenge.
• Proven track record in designing for self-service: reducing the need for human intervention in complex workflows through better UX.
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills - think at the system and the interaction level.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research, including working with business stakeholders as proxies when direct access is limited.
• Comfort collaborating with product and engineering teams where work has dependencies and you create dependencies for others.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall experience architecture of Provider Console - how features connect and how providers navigate.
• Lead the design effort to reduce provider reliance on support and design self-service improvements.
• Conduct provider research and usability testing to ground decisions and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the PM, engineering, and adjacent product teams to ensure coherent platform integration.
