Venga is seeking a Senior Product Treasury & Operations Manager to own liquidity, financial flows, and the automation of treasury processes. You will manage day-to-day movements across accounts and wallets, defining liquidity thresholds and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Head of Product and includes collaboration with Finance and Security. Hybrid work from Barcelona, with an emphasis on building scalable, automated liquidity systems.

Formación

• Deep understanding of blockchain and crypto operations.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience driving liquidity strategy and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own liquidity and financial flows for products and services.
• Define minimum/target/maximum liquidity thresholds per account and asset.
• Lead automation of liquidity management, dashboards, alerts, and transfer rules.
• Forecast short-term liquidity based on activity, campaigns and external factors.
• Report liquidity KPIs to Head of Product, CFO and CEO; coordinate with Compliance and Security.
