Referment, a rapidly scaling European FinTech, is hiring a Treasury Implementation Consultant for Madrid. You will own client implementations from discovery to go-live, becoming a product expert and solving treasury challenges beyond project management.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to ensure feedback from CFOs and treasury teams informs development, while working in a hybrid Madrid setting.

Formación

• 6+ years in financial software implementation or finance tech.
• Experience with TMS, ERP or related software.
• Strong knowledge of treasury, cash management or accounting.
• Experience leading client implementations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Madrid hybrid work.
