Referment is collaborating with a rapidly scaling European FinTech, seeking a Treasury Implementation Consultant to join their Madrid team. You’ll own treasury software implementations from discovery through go-live and become a product expert while solving complex treasury and accounting challenges.

You’ll work closely with CFOs and senior treasury teams, collaborating with Product and Engineering to feed back on how the technology develops.

Formación

• 6+ years in financial software implementation or consulting.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work hybrid from Madrid.

Referment is working with a rapidly scaling European FinTech that is transforming how CFOs and treasury teams manage cash, forecasting, accounting and payments.

Following significant investment and international growth, they’re looking for an experienced Treasury Implementation Consultant to join their team in Madrid.

This is a great opportunity if you’ve built your career around treasury, finance systems, TMS or ERP implementations and want to move into a high-growth technology environment where you’ll have genuine ownership and visibility.

You’ll work directly with CFOs and senior treasury teams, taking ownership of implementations from initial discovery through to configuration and go-live.

You’ll become a genuine product expert, solving complex treasury and finance challenges rather than simply managing a project plan.

You’ll also work closely with Product and Engineering, meaning the feedback and problems you uncover with clients can directly influence how the technology develops.

We’d particularly like to hear from you if you have:

• 6+ years' experience in financial software implementation, consulting or finance technology
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP or financial software
• Strong knowledge of treasury, cash management and/or accounting
• Experience leading client implementations
• Fluent Spanish and English
• The ability to work hybrid from Madrid
